Carnival Comes to Park Circle

This annual event celebrates the people and culture from the Caribbean Islands. Each year the celebration kicks off with a parade, but this is not the common parade. It’s one of the best parades in the city. Rhythmic island music, vibrant costumes, and eye popping dancing turned this subdued historic area into an energetic oasis.
